Text Message Terms

What texting Vetted Cases means, possible carrier charges, and how to stop. Text STOP at any time; message and data rates may apply.

Effective July 1, 2026

Plain words first. This page is written to be understood. If a sentence is still confusing, call or text (435) 383-8833 and a person will explain it in English or Spanish.

What messages you get

We send messages about your case check. That includes a note that we got your answers, a question we still need answered, and a message when a person is trying to reach you. We do not send ads.

How to start

Text (435) 383-8833, or give us your number in the form and check the box for text messages. Texting us first counts as agreeing to that conversation, not to future marketing.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation, and then nothing else. You can still call us any time.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or call (435) 383-8833 and ask for a person. HELP works even after you have replied STOP.

Costs and carriers

We do not charge for text messages. Your phone plan may charge for messages and data. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy in messages

We keep case details out of message previews when we can, because notifications show on a lock screen. If you share a phone with someone, tell us and we will use email or a call instead.

Questions about this document

Ask a person. It is free and there is no script.

Legal pages are hard to read even when they are written well. Tell us which part you are stuck on and we will go through it with you in English or Spanish.

The questions panel needs JavaScript to open. The same answers are on the questions page.

Starting a case check does not mean we represent you. This page is not legal advice. Attorney advertising. Depending on the location and type of matter, another law firm may need to assist or handle it. We will identify that firm and ask permission before sharing information.
