What we are aiming for
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a public standard for making web pages usable by people with disabilities.
What we have done
Some of the choices behind this site:
- Every page works with a keyboard alone
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall
- Text meets contrast levels against its background
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for that
- Anything on this site can be done by phone or text instead
What still needs work
Some documents come from other people, like a police report or a hospital bill, and we cannot control how those are formatted. If you get one you cannot read, call us and we will read it to you.
Another way to reach us
If any part of this site does not work for you, call or text (435) 383-8833. A person can take your answers over the phone. Tell us if you need a different format, more time, or an interpreter.
