Accessibility

How we try to make this usable for everyone, what still needs work, and how to get help another way.

Effective July 1, 2026

Plain words first. This page is written to be understood. If a sentence is still confusing, call or text (435) 383-8833 and a person will explain it in English or Spanish.

What we are aiming for

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a public standard for making web pages usable by people with disabilities.

What we have done

Some of the choices behind this site:

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone
  • Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall
  • Text meets contrast levels against its background
  • Animation is reduced when your device asks for that
  • Anything on this site can be done by phone or text instead

What still needs work

Some documents come from other people, like a police report or a hospital bill, and we cannot control how those are formatted. If you get one you cannot read, call us and we will read it to you.

Another way to reach us

If any part of this site does not work for you, call or text (435) 383-8833. A person can take your answers over the phone. Tell us if you need a different format, more time, or an interpreter.

Tell us about a problem

Call or text (435) 383-8833 and tell us what page you were on and what happened. We look at every report, and we will tell you what we can fix and when.

Questions about this document

Ask a person. It is free and there is no script.

Legal pages are hard to read even when they are written well. Tell us which part you are stuck on and we will go through it with you in English or Spanish.

The questions panel needs JavaScript to open. The same answers are on the questions page.

Before any transfer
We name the other law firm and ask your permission.

Starting a case check does not mean we represent you. This page is not legal advice. Attorney advertising. Depending on the location and type of matter, another law firm may need to assist or handle it. We will identify that firm and ask permission before sharing information.
