No attorney-client relationship
Starting a case check does not mean we represent you. Contacting us, or sending us information, does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only through a signed written agreement.
Not legal advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not advice about your situation. Laws are different in every state, and only a licensed attorney who has reviewed your facts can advise you.
Referral and co-counsel
Depending on the location and type of matter, another law firm may need to assist or handle it. We will identify that firm and ask permission before sharing information. Any fee division follows the rules of the state involved and is explained to you in writing.
Results and reviews
We do not publish Vetted Cases settlement numbers, verdicts, client testimonials, ratings or awards. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

This site does not imply that an unnamed law firm represents you. If another firm may receive or work on your matter, we identify it and ask your permission before transferring your information.
