WEEK ONE

Here is the typical implementation sequence after a firm supplies its questions, routing rules, system access, and approvals.

Day one: scope

A short call locks the intake questions, the voice, and where calls should route. The branded number is provisioned the same day.

Days two to four: build

The intake flow is configured around the firm's practice areas, the calendar and case-management sync is wired up, and the conflict-check and transfer rules are set.

Day five: test

Realistic call scenarios run from greeting through handoff. The firm listens, and the script and voice are tuned until it sounds like the firm rather than a template.

Days six and seven: go live

The line goes on, for the whole practice or just after hours, and starts answering, qualifying, and booking around the clock.

After launch

The firm reviews the records and bookings included in its retention settings, and tuning continues. The two-ring service guarantee applies from go-live; the firm handles configured transfers and scheduled consultations.
