The paper your firm's counsel will ask for.
Terms, Privacy, the Data Processing Agreement with our retention schedule and sub-processor terms, plus our AI-disclosure and recording-consent policies, in one place. Summaries below; the complete approved documents are published here.
What Vetted Cases is, and is not.
Vetted Cases provides automated intake and scheduling for law firms. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, and gives no legal advice. The service gathers information and books consultations for a licensed attorney at the firm to review. Uptime, support, and the scope of each build are defined in your order form and master services agreement.
What we collect, and how little we keep.
We process caller information solely to run intake and scheduling for your firm, as your data processor. We do not sell caller data, and we do not use it to train any model. For each signed implementation, sensitive-identifier redaction and firm-specific data isolation are configured and validated before storage is enabled; retained data follows the firm-selected schedule below. California residents can exercise access and deletion rights, and no personal information is ever sold.
Retention schedule & sub-processors.
Sub-processors are enterprise, no-training voice and language-model providers engaged under contractual data-protection terms, including zero-data-retention API terms where available. The current sub-processor list is available on request, and the complete DPA is published here.
AI disclosure, no legal advice, recording consent.
"Calls to firms using Vetted Cases are answered by Vanessa, an AI intake assistant. Vanessa is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice." Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant.
Where a firm enables recording, Vetted Cases supports all-party consent notices as required by state law. Recording settings and consent language are configured per firm and per state.
Nothing on this site or on a call is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed until a licensed attorney at the firm confirms it in writing.
Figures shown across this site are industry averages for illustration, not a promise of results.
